I graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2008, and then have followed further studies at the Institute of Classical Osteopathy. Medicine has been a lifelong passion though I have always favoured alternative health promotion especially learning how important the impact our emotions can have upon our overall well-being. I gained many of these principles through the practice of Tai Chi Chuan and yoga.
Outside of work I am involved with the charity 'Serve On' which is currently training groups of people in Swift Water Rescue techniques in order to support the police and fire service in times of severe flooding, personally drawing on my previous career as a volunteer with the RNLI.
When I have free time I enjoy motorcycling and the outdoors by camping, backpacking and rock climbing.
